Will you send me spam?
No, we only send you email to inform you about your account. For example, we will email you when someone sends you a message on Gay Friend Match.

How do I report spam?
All messages, photos, forums, answers, blog posts etc.. on this site have a report spam button. When you report spam our administrators will investigate and take actions to confirm the content is spam, remove the content, ban the spammers and report them. Please be patient as this process can take time.

Do you allow photos that contain nudity or adult content?
No, if you see nudity or adult content on the site please report it as spam and it will be deleted when the administrator reviews the spam report. If you post adult content your account will be disabled.

What do I do if I receive a offensive or spam message?
Do not reply to the person - just ignore them.

Remember that they have not seen your email address. If you continue to receive unsuitable email, we would advise you to login and remove your profile, and this will immediately stop any emails being sent to you.

If you have replied to the person and they know your email address you should add them to your blocked addresses or spam filter. Or just simply ignore them.

Remember not to disclose personal information about yourself to anyone you meet through this service.

Why do messages I received from other members sometimes disappear?
When a member sends spam their account and all messages they sent are deleted. It is likely that the missing message was deleted because it was spam.

Changes not updating on site
Why doesn't my post show up?
The technology we use does a lot of caching. Therefore when you add or delete something it takes several hours for the change to show up.

I closed my account but still see my profile on the site, whats going on?
The technology we use has multiple caches. When you delete anything on the site it takes several hours for all of the caches to clear. It is also possible that your browser is caching the content.

Please check the site 24 hours after you close your account and your profile should be gone.

If you have closed your account and your profile is not gone within 24 hours try reporting it as spam and and explain the situation in the notes on the spam reporting page.

Gay Friend Match allows users to self manage all content and we can not accept requests by email to delete content. However, if you see something that should be deleted from the site you can make a request with our spam reporting tools.

Can I change the email on my account?
Sorry, if your email has change you must close your account and open a new one. There is currently no option to change your email.

2. The exact urls of the content in question.
3. Proof that you own the copyright.

Copyright investigations may take some time so please be patient. If you are the true owner of the copyright the content will be removed.
